Announcements
CISA offers an online scheduling system to assist you with your advising needs. You are required to make advising appointments with your Student Success Advisor, Peer Educators, and in some cases Peer Tutors using this system ONLY; all email or in-person requests for advising appointments will be directed to the scheduling site.
Registration You must register yourself for the online scheduler before you can make any appointments. Registration takes only two minutes. Visit http://cisa.mywconline.com to access the Center for International Student online scheduler. Once you get there, follow the prompts for first-time users. If you need assistance, please contact cisa@gmu.edu.
Scheduling Appointments ALL appointments are made through our online scheduler. Simply follow the "Schedule an Appointment" links found throughout the web site. Once you have registered a user name and password, you will have access to our scheduling system. All white boxes are available sessions. To schedule an appointment, click on a white box, fill in the required information, and save. Please make sure to arrive on time.
Walk-in Appointments Our staff encourages you to schedule appointments online in advance to ensure that your needs are addressed as soon as possible.
Canceling Appointments You may cancel an appointment as easily as you reserved your appointment. Simply log in to the online scheduler, select the yellow box for the date and time of your appointment, scroll to the end of the form and select "Cancel this appointment." When you save the reservation, your appointment will be successfully canceled. If you are unable to get to the internet, you may call the Center for International Student Access at (703) 993-4711.
Session Confidentiality
We believe it is very important to build a sense of trust between students and our staff by respecting the confidentiality of sessions. However, in the event that a student demonstrates that s/he may be a danger to themselves or others, we will work together with the student to reach out to additional university resources for assistance.
